Hello I have a question about shadowing hour
if school requires 30 hours lets say
then do 30 hours need to come from one dentist that I'm getting a rec letter from?
or it can be 30 hours all together from different dentists

I would say that 30 hours from all of your shadowing but with a emphasis on the Dentist who wrote your letter.

Can shadowing more than that harmful to an application? I shadowed 60 some hours last summer and plan on shadowing the same this summer. Is there something wrong with that?
