Shadowing in Denver?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of shadowing opportunities in Denver? I'll be out there several times over this summer, and am hoping to find a FM/IM/EM doc (DO or MD) to shadow... Anyone have any ideas??

You could contact the AAFP or something like it..possibly even the CO chapter and tell them what you're wanting to do...and they might be able to help you out.

OR...you could contact the Med Schools and see if they can help you out.

Call Dr. Moore at this number, he is head of this clinic and owns 9 clinics both FP and urgent care. See if he will let you shadow.

Contact the local FM residency programs (there are 5 in metro Denver) and ask them. We have premeds come through all the time. Each program has a website with a contact person listed on it. The large IM and EM programs will be harder to get into on short notice; FM should be no problem.
