Hi. Anyone know of forums / networking outlets where I could discuss a joint investment with like-minded inviduals??? I'm interested in purchasing a condo pre-construction close to NYC and would like to have another investor or two on board. I have someone already on board, and he will be renting for 3 yrs. I did something similar to this in school and worked out great.
