There are at least 4 psych programs I know of where residents(at all stages of training) can average around 40 hours per week(some weeks 50, but some weeks 25-30). The training isn't very good for the most part, but you'll come out board certified in psychiatry eventually, and can still do a fellowship in whatever if you want to.
