Shared Residency in Pediatrics

It's a part-time/shared-time program. I didn't know those were still around.

Yes, shared residencies do exist. You have to actively seek them out.
The bare bones of how they work is you both apply to the same program and interview there. If it is determined you both are a good match then you both work the residency, altering months. The down side of this is it takes twice as long with half the pay. For me, it's worth it.
