I'm wondering how many of you feel like you have to reinvent the wheel everytime you undertake a new policy/protocol at your institution. Other than asking my residency colleagues for any information they may have about their AMA policy or their hypothermia protocol, i'm left in the dirt trying to google my way out. Any resources out there?
