Shenandoah: Out of state rotations?

I've been accepted into Shenandoah, and I was curious if you were able to do out of state rotations in your 4th year?

Not really, there are a few in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Unless you are in the MBA program, you'll get to do 2 of your 7 blocks out of state (if you want to). Most people do them in Virginia or the surrounding West Virginia areas.
