Hey everyone! I never received an "official" email from Shenandoah's graduate admissions on whether or not I was rejected from the program this year. I realize the interview dates were in mid-December (which I did not attend). Since I didn't receive an email for an invitation to interview, I called and emailed the admissions coordinator prior to the interview dates and never heard back from her. A couple of weeks later I received an unofficial email from the admissions committee chair stating I had been denied and that I would receive an official email from the graduate admissions at a later date. I'm assuming this was an individual email sent to myself because I had been calling/emailing the admissions coordinator. I still have not received this "official" rejection email, and this morning I received an email from the graduate admissions office wishing me a happy holidays and at the end of the email they said, "We look forward to working with you in the coming new year." Just wondering if anyone else had received a similar informal rejection email and/or formal rejection email from the graduate admissions? Or if anyone who did interview knows if the class is full or not? Or if there will be another round of interview invitations sent out? I'm just confused why they would send me that email this morning.

That email is automated to anyone that applied . I just got wait listed today and it was a separate email

On November 29th I received a rejection email from them. I think it was probably the same one you got.

This is it what it said "On behalf of the Admissions Committee, I regret to inform you that your application for admission to Shenandoah University's Doctorate of Physical Therapy Class of 2020 has been denied. This year we have received more than 980 applications for our 60 seats. Given these numbers, it is obvious that the process is highly competitive and requires our Admissions Committee to make some very tough decisions in denying many highly qualified applicants like you. We do hope that you continue your efforts to pursue Physical Therapy as a career and that you remain interested in SUPT in the coming cycle. You will receive an official letter of notification from our graduate admissions office at a later date. This email is being sent now because the Admissions Committee wanted to inform you of your status as soon as decisions were made. Please consider this email as an official decision."

Then today I got the email you got that said happy holidays or whatever. That was just an automated email that went out to everyone who applied.

Hope this helps. Good luck to you.
