Intern year starts this week and our hospital requires business casual dress. Running shoes are not allowed, however plenty of people seem to ignore the rule. Any shoe recommendations that look nice but also feel good for a 12 hour shift running around the hospital?

I second this. Cole haan has some dress shoes with rubber soles that I have and they are super comfortable.
