Hi all,
I have recently decided to switch from full-time to part-time (3-day work week). In my original contract, I was given 1 week paid short-term disability (while I was working full-time). Don't know if this is less than the average or not.

But now that I am moving to part-time, I am wondering if there are any part-timers out there who can answer whether or not they still get paid short-term disability. If so, how much? Still in negotiations with the newer contract.
