If you're really just going to pose a question that vague, I'm going to say NO because I'm applying to those schools. =p

well, I wonder if I am at a serious disadvantage to add them at this point. It would take them about a month to sned me their secondaries, so I probably wouldn't be complete there until September

Well, would you actually want to go there? If so, do it, and don't wait any longer. If you're short on money or are just trying to broaden your applications, maybe not... To how many schools have you already applied?
