I'm going to assume you are not a troll, and actually are just worried that your lower MCAT score will keep you out of medicine.
My first time applying, I had a B in physics 1/2 and a 26-28 MCAT score [took it twice in less than 3 weeks]. I got a 7 in physical sciences both times. I DID explain in the secondaries that the lower score due to a few factors out of my control that happened that day (ex. air show).
If you didn't actually have a real reason for getting a 7 on the physics section - don't mention it.
If you really want to go to an MD school and not a DO school - well, apply this year, but be prepared to not get accepted and actually buckle down and restudy for the MCAT. I got an 11 in physics on my third attempt at the MCAT. wo0t. And not one med school interview asked me about my 3 MCAT attempts. I didn't even mention the bad luck my first time taking it on my application.
