Having a 3.11 at a university but a high cc gpa looks very bad. It basically means that your gpa is inflated because they think the CC is easier. In reality ADCOMs would look at your gpa as a 3.11 and not 3.45.

No one could possibility give you a WAMC or should you apply MD until you take the MCAT

Depend a lot on your MCAT. A 520 and sure apply MD a 501 and just DO. You need to research MD school specific requirements as you may already be excluded from certain ones depending on the cc classes. Your app is going to be too late to be considered early, so a good mcat is even more important.

No harm applying MD except for cost. If you can afford the extra money, I'd just do it. Apply primarily to in-state, low-tier, new, and those schools that have missions that you share/care about. Apply broadly DO as well so you don't have to reapply.

That all said, as others have said your chances really can't be evaluated without an MCAT. Don't take it until you're getting in your target range, preferably above it.
