I'm estimating my AMCAS will be complete and submitted early next week; however, I've been told it is important for applicants with low stats to submit as early as possible. I'm not sure how detrimental this will be to my application, or even if my application is strong enough to submit now.
Stats: 3.2 cGPA, 3.08 sGPA after ~88 postbac units (postbac GPA: 3.87). Female, ORM.
I was thinking if that's the case, maybe I should attempt to apply for SMPs this fall and then try AMCAS/AACOMAS next cycle, summer 2019. Would that be a better plan? Or should I submit my application anyway?
