I took the OAT back in June but I had super bad test anxiety and ended up with a 270... I was very disappointed in myself and I am definitely going to take it again. My GPA is a 3.5 and I want to apply to this cycle but I do not want rush taking the OAT again. I would like to take it in June after I graduate and do not have classes.

So should I apply now or should I wait for the next cycle or? Any advice would be great. Thanks

I've heard of people who have got in with those stats. I think extracurriculars can definitely outweigh OAT scores/a good personal statement.
If I were you, I'd go ahead and apply

Also, I know schools like ICO and CCO let you send in your unofficial transcripts/stats and they will give you advice on how your application is looking. I would definitely call admissions for all the schools you're interested in and have a talk with them. Even if you dont apply you'll be entered in their system and they'll somewhat know who you are next cycle! Good luck!

I would apply and retake it. Check the class of 20XX pages for this year and the past and im sure youll see people get in with similar stats (without even retaking the oat). Ive seen people be granted acceptance to schools provided that they retake the oat and score above 300 on each section. As long as all your extracurriculars are good, and your prereqs are complete, im sure you could get in somewhere.
That said... apply asap. December is getting late to apply. Ive heard admissions reps say that they receive the great majority of their apps by January, so the longer you wait, the more people youre competing with.
