Right now I have a 3.2 cGPA (lower sGPA probably around 3.0)
MCAT in August
Still have 11 credits to go in undergrad

Should I not apply this cycle, finish my 11 credits this summer, redo my C's at a CC in the fall (hopefully end up at a 3.4 or so), study hard for MCAT then give it a go next cycle or just go all in right now?

Also, how long will my LoR's last? I have them ready as of now.

Your plan to wait is the ideal path IMO seeing that your GPA's could use a boost. Also, unless you've already been prepping hard for the MCAT, you could probably benefit from the extra time in that respect -- and then just filling in any other holes you may see in your application in this time. Your LOR's will be fine for next year.

Thanks for your input, do you know if epidemiology classes count towards sGPA?

Definitely wait at least until you get your MCAT scores back. If you destroy the MCAT, then maybe give it a shot this year. Otherwise... wait.

Ironically the website is down at the moment, and I won't be back on till later. But if you just google aacomas you should be able to find their 'instructions'. Once in the manual just navigate to 'entering coursework' and there should be a list of classes they designate science vs nonscience. I didn't take that course or else I'd probably remember, I would ASSUME it to be science.. but checking would make more sense than assuming lol.
