Should i apply to programs if i only have my personal statment and CAF completed? All the other stuff will be in soon, but as of this point, i only have the ps and USMLE scores..I want tohe programs to start looking at me. Any advice??

I don't see how it can hurt to submit what you have now. Just get the rest in as soon as possible. Good luck!
