Should I be worried

To date I've only got two interview invites. I've applied to 10 schools in the NE, submitted my application end of July and took my DAT end of August. So far only two good responses but no rejections or anything else. Should I be expecting more invites, if so till when? Anybody had any experience with this?

Should get more invites. Dont really know why you are stressed.. Two invites is pretty good relative to what a lot of other people have. I only have one, and know that a ton of people with good stats have 0. Just prep for the interviews you have, and I am sure more will trickle in. Good luck!

I'm in the same boat.. same application times, 3.7 GPA 20 DAT lots of extra and shaddowing, and only 1 pre and 1 post. I applied to around 19 schools. I'm not sure why I'm not getting more interviews.. I see alot of people with much lower stats (3.3, under 20 DAT) on SDN getting interviews, which only proves that's it's not only numbers..

Gotta stay optimistic though, hopefully we'll land a couple of more interview sometime before it's too late

I definitely do not think it is entirely about numbers as well ... my numbers are OKAY .. nothing too crazy... and I received three interviews within a month of submitting ... I think it has a lot to do with making sure you stand out and really pop on your application where they say ... i want to meet this person!

Yup trying to stay positive. My numbers aren't nothing special either, but I have sort of an unconventional story and a lot of extras and good networking in my home school.

+1, I honestly do think having strong personal statement and letter of recs helps a ton. Well and ECs too.

i'm in the SAME boat! I have two pre-dec interviews and 1 post-dec interview. I find it ironic that the schools that offered me interviews are the ones that are picky about giving interviews and usually "interview to accept" so im really frustrated and waiting for the "easier" schools that give out "tons of interviews" to take notice of my GREAT DATS and good gpa too!
