Should I contact schools that rejected me?

It appears that I didn't realize the extent of AACOMAS replacement policy. Basically I was able to get two additional classes replaced as of today which will get rid of two "D" from my application. I have been doing pretty well so far when it comes to secondaries but I did get two rejections due to my GPA not meeting the schools cut offs. If after these replacements are finalized my GPA goes up enough to be above these cut offs (its going to be close) should I send an email to these two schools? Or should I just concentrate on the schools that had me complete secondaries?

Thanks

@Goro (actually really interested in your opinion on this, thank you)

I don't think it will help. Typically rejections are final and I've never heard of a school walking one back. For them it's "try next cycle."

So, I say stick with those that sent secondaries.

Thank you. That was what I was leaning to myself. For the schools that did send me secondaries do I need to alert them to my "new" application that is going to be sent next week or is this something that will be done automatically?

I was wondering about this too. I sent an updated transcript to AACOMAS with my summer grades. Does it go out to schools automatically?

@Goro, if I take MCAT in May, send in my app as soon as it opens, and sign up for summer session classes to replace a couple C grades at my CC... Can I send them into my app and they will be updated ASAP so that schools see the updated GPA? What if they already see the worse GPA stats?
