Should I do post-bacc first or go straight for DO school?

I am currently a Junior Pre-med (former Pre-PT), my cGPA is 3.00 and sGPA is 2.45 (which i know is not acceptable for any school). I understand that I still have 2 years left to raise my GPA plus take the MCAT but with harder classes such as O chem and physics that seems very unlikely to raise my GPA more than a 3.3. I was just curious on whether or not i should start looking into Post Bacc/Masters programs or wait until my final GPA of my Senior year to determine whether or not to apply to DO school or a Masters program. I currently have 1000+ hours working as a ER scribe and I have numerous EC's. Is it still possible to get into a DO school without doing a post bacc/masters program and having a low GPA? If I do good on the MCAT (MCAT2015) would that help schools look past my low GPA as well? Thank you!

You should wait until your senior year to make such a decision because you haven't done anything academically at this point to show that either one will be a feasible option.
