Should I do the MD/MPH?

Hello! I have been very lucky to have received an offer for the MD/mph program at OHSU. I am debating whether I should do the mph at OHSU which would be an extra year of time and tuition or should I stick with my other offer of a traditional MD at Netter. I think both schools are great options and would be similar cost per year. I already have a bachelors in public health and have worked in public health. I do really enjoy it, but I am not sure how necessary an mph would be at this stage? If I really wanted to go into public health, I could do an mph with a fellowship or after?
I am looking for any and all advice as someone who is not 100% sure about their future career path. Would the mph open any doors not available to mds or help with residency apps? A public health lens is great for future practice, but I already have a bachelors in pub health… is it worth the extra time and money?

** I also am not able to switch to just an MD at OHSU.

If you have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry, then sometimes the MPH will help for positions within the areas of drug safety, pharmacovigilance and epidemiology. Apart from that, I don't see any other route where an MPH would be absolutely essential (above and beyond the MD).
