CWRU was a reach school, I didn't think I'd get invited.

But I don't want to regret not interviewing at Case Western if I don't get into any of the schools I want.

Well, I think you should definitely interview! Because 1, (see your own post above) and 2, it will be good to see how dental school interviews are conducted and learn what to expect for your interviews to follow. And it's also a chance to explore someplace new 🙂

I'm worried about the money as well (for this whole application process), but I've been thinking about it.. and I guess it's a small price to pay for the experience we can take from it..

I agree with the above post. You should interview. What I do not understand is you saying that you do not have airfare funds to go to Ohio. However you will have to fly to any of the other schools if you get an interview.

1) NEVER NEVER NEVER turn down interviews until you have acceptances in hand.

2) With Lebron and Johnny Football around Cleveland just became a much more appealing place to spend 4 years....

Thanks everybody for your responses! I guess I am just judging Ohio because I've never been there. I just talked to some friends who live there and they say it's a really great place. I guess this will be a great opportunity to see what the interview process will be like and to see the state for myself!

Umm...There's a guy from CWRU who posts on here. So, it would be easy to figure out who you are. Anyway, your stats don't look bad. I think you could definitely get admitted to some of those schools on your list. But they say that stats aren't everything, and you shouldn't decline interviews.
