I'm scheduled to take the DAT in about a month and I am definitely not ready, most likely gonna reschedule. I understand it's gonna be pretty late to apply if I reschedule. Let's say I reschedule my test to November, should I even bother applying this cycle or should I just wait until next year? Also, my stats aren't amazing, they're average.

If you take your DAT so late (november) it would be too late to apply especially if you don't have crazy stats.
the latest I would recommend someone (with good stats) to take DAT is mid/end august. would never take it later than that. it might just be a waste of money and time. and you'll be reapplicant.

Yea I figured that would be the case as well, however would being a re applicant be used towards my advantage? Maybe they'll see that I'm not giving up? Lol

I think it's neither. I think they'll consider your strongest or later stats in most cases.
I don't think it's worth applying just to apply if you won't have enough time to do a good job with your PS, experiences description, DAT.

I would maybe try to see if I can prep for the test sooner (end of august) but if not I would save it for next year. I know that sucks but it's not the end of the world you know

If you reschedule your DAT to november, I would suggest taking a gap year and applying next year, you'll have very little chance of getting in and it would most likely be a waste of money. Your other option is to not reschedule, and just spend this entire month studying for the DAT and go take the test and hope for the best, or reschedule to august or september. It isn't too hard to study and improve on the DAT if you have no other distractions and you focus on studying for the DAT.
