Please don't quote if possible, as I would like to maintain anonymity 🙂

I worked with people in my dad's company on a few of their projects and would like to highlight that in my activities section. I put in a reference contact who is not my dad, but do you think I should still disclose that it's my dad's company in the activity description?

If it matters, its not at all a "major" activity in the section.

Thanks

That info doesn't tell me enough to make that decision. What did you learn from it? In what way was it meaningful to you?
I don't mean you have to answer me here, its just that if you put that in as a employment/volunteer, it should be at least meaningful to you.

Your post is not very clear.

Do you want to highlight the projects or the fact that it's your dad's company?

If I assume correctly and you want to just write about your work in the company, I don't see why you'd have to disclose that it's your father's company. If people ask about it (eg. why did you decide to do this?) you might mention it's your father's company, but otherwise what you don't tell them they won't know, and you're not being dishonest if you don't disclose something they don't ask for.

I can see I was being a little unclear. I wanted to highlight a few projects I have worked on with the company. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't being dishonest if I didn't disclose that my dad is on the company's executive board
