Should I only list courses that I did well in on secondary prerequisite pages or does this not matter?

For example, if the school requires 4 biology classes should I list 4 classes I got A's in or does this not matter since the school will see my entire transcript?

Doesnt matter unless they make you put what you got in that class too, but I dont think any did. No adcom is going to look at the bio 101 in your secondary, then pull up your transcript, and see what you got.
