I am an IMG and I am ECFMG certified.I applied for 90 programs but I was late and I didn't get any interview. I am looking for either FM or IM.

Should I rank before the dead line or it doesn't matter?

You can register for NRMP and take your chances with the SOAP, so to that effect it does matter. Or, you can wait until next year and try to match.

Not quite certain what you're asking.

If you got no interviews, then no program is going to rank you. So, there is no point in ranking anything.

You will be able to participate in SOAP whether you rank any programs, ceritfy an empty list, or don't submit a list at all.

As mentioned above, you do need to register for the match to participate in SOAP.

I already registered in NRMP.It looks like I will certify an empty list and wait for SOAP.
