if you decide to reapply, i suggest improving your profile such as retaking dat's, getting better letters (although i don't know how you would know this), do more shadowing, volunteering, etc.

If your wondering if you should wait another year and strengthen your application then asking what you can do to improve your application with a whole year to do so would be good question for us to help you with. Also why not get better recs? If you know they are weak then you should do something about them. Also you could retake the DAT and do better. Also take some more classes to raise your GPA. If you do reapply always remember to apply as early as you can. Good luck.

I've graduated..so I'm not sure how I would get better recs from professors...I know I can get a great letter from a dentist, but other than that, nothing really. This cycle I applied really late, september. That was when I took the dats. Does it really matter how early I submit it? I thought schools don't even let you know till december....please enlighten me. Thanks
yes it really matters when u submit your applications. if you apply early, you are competing against say 500 applicants.. if you apply late your competing against 1500 applicants, your odds are a lot better when you apply early.
