3.6cgpa/3.4sgpa/506 MCAT (retaking MCAT when dates are finalized by AAMC)

C in Physiology senior year, graduated 2019. Very embarrassed to have done so poorly in an important course, definitely not a representative grade. Should I retake the course this year, plus a few upper level science courses, or just pursue a Master's Degree? Will doing well in a few post-bac courses be enough?
Do not retake this. Just do better in others.
You may not need a SMP or post-bac. Just a good target list (which will need DO schools).

What other upper-level courses are left for you to take? Your MCAT is really the barrier to not applying to MD schools (rule-of-thumb threshold needs to be 510+/512+). Any retake should focus on a +10 improvement in the composite score.

Immunology/pharm/neuro and a couple others. Would be disappointed with anything under a 510 on my retake. My only worry is that even with a 510+ score my C from senior year will kill my chances.
The C will not be lethal, but taking some classes while you're applying will help
