Should I retake?

I just took the DAT, and I am unsure whether to retake.

PAT: 21
QR: 19
RC: 21
Bio: 19
Chem: 19
Orgo: 18
TS: 19
AA: 19

My gpa is 3.7 at a highly ranked university, good extra curriculars, shadowing, and leadership. Would I have a shot at schools like Buffalo, Tufts, Michigan, UOP, Maryland (out of state)? What are your thoughts?

no I say youre fine especially since your scores are really balanced! Just wondering shouldnt ur AA be 20? Maybe I calculated it wrong

"Top schools" (I assume you mean the schools with higher levels of competition for admission) tend to have higher average DAT scores than most. I would retake only because you would want a higher DAT score to be a competitive applicant at those places.

Very consistent scores and 3.7 GPA, excellent reading score.In my opinion a retake is not necessary, make sure you are doing volunteer type service, such as volunteer in your community. Spend time on your personal statement, don't just throw something together, it should be error free and well thought out.

I would retake if you are aiming for the top schools. While the rest of your application may be solid, your DAT score is below average at those schools and may hold you back.
