In an interivew... can I mention that i was very much impacted when my pharmasict helped one of the patient that patient had some prob and my pharmasist solved it......... blah blah

so is it violation of HIPPA policy.
I wont obviously say the name or anything I would just be like
this incident imapcted me the most..

You can describe the incident so long as you give no personal info for the patient. If witnessing that event increased your desire to be a pharmacist to help people in such ways, I would mention it if you are asked a question that allows you to tie that into the answer.
 
Try not to overthink the interview too much! Go with your gut instinct.
 
I did that when I explained how our local pharmacist(I mentioned the pharmacists name) helped my mother and my family in our time of need. Now as I work behind the counter as Pharmacy Technician, I am able to understand the need and care needed to help patients, who have problems with their insurance or are in great deal of pain and need percocet or oxycodone.
