Should I send a letter to the school that I am still under consideration?

I had my interview at the UMB for the secnd time this last Feb. Last time I was on the hold list and didn't get in. This year I had my interview and every time I ask for my status, they say "your file is under consideration"!!
So i am not sure what is that mean at this time. I have already started getting ready for the next cycle, but do you think I should send a letter to the admissions office and ask them if I have a chance for this year? Your feedbacks is really appreciated.😕

Yes, I would send them a letter of consideration. I know that you have kept calling repeatedly and haven't gotten a definite response, but I think it will be good to keep having your name come up. Besides, you don't really have anything to lose at this point. If you don't get in, then just get ready for this next cycle. BTW, you said you had your interview in february, is that b/c you turned in your application late? If so, apply early this time, as in the next few weeks.
