I was wondering if I should skim over my notes the morning of my test before I head out to the test center

or is there a better option to wake my mind up to to the test

I came across a good idea I read on here and it stuck with me -- think about a few topics that you don't have to have on your test, your worst topics, and watch some youtube videos on them right before you take it.

I wouldn't recommend it except for maybe the one or two equations you always forget. Basically, if you don't know the material well by then, a quick 5 minute skim isn't going to help.

Actually, I think skimming before my exam helped me, not necessarily to learn more material or cram equations, but just to steady my brain by reviewing material I already knew, and keep me thinking. But I always do this before exams. OP, if this is something you normally do in testing situations, I'd suggest doing it. But don't cram right before for the sake of actually learning anything.
