Here are some Poll idea's i'm struggling with, lemme know what you think, or suggest some other interesting ones:

1)Should I go to med school if i want to become a doctor
2)Is passing Step 1 better than failing Step 1
3)Is going to a US med school better than going to Granada???
4)Is it better to High Pass, Honor, or just Pass my classes? I don't want to look like a dork/gunner at my residency interviews.
5)Pepsi-Coke-Mr.Pibb???

Ouch, shot down by Dr. Mom....what's there left to live for???

Personally, though you guys don't care, Mr. Pibb rocks.

Dr.Pepper is WAY better....either way...isnt it great that the prune juice is the unique flavor?

Firstly, I am a medical doctor, but I am not your doctor. You need to consult with your own personal physician for advice. The following is for general medical academic purposes only.

Based on the history you have given, I would hesitate in recommending a poll is needed at this time. It may give some reassurance to you, but we are putting you though the discomfort of organizing a poll and it is very unlikely to provide any extra information beyond what we know already. While do have ample resources here on this forum and can afford the cost of the poll, there is a staffing issue--if people are undergoing frivolous polls, then that is time that they are not voting on emergency polls, and one of those emergency polls might be one that in the future might be needed by either you or a family member.

As an extra item, it is less helpful to go around asking over 6000+ doctors at once for advice and second opinions. The reason is that one of the red flags for a lawsuit is someone who asks doctor after doctor for advice, and with each subsequent doctor asked, people will not want to get involved with your case too closely because of the very high risk of lawsuit.

Best wishes,
roo
