Hey guys I've been doing SN2'ed schedule with EK 1001 except I do the 1st 1/3 of EK 1001 before doing the 1st set of passages, and then I do the second 1/3 of EK1001 before the review day 2nd 1/3 of BR passages.

I basically just finished Chemistry and Physics in school so I've already done many many problems and the material is really new to me. That being said I still only get about 70ish% right on the 1st 1/3 of the 1001 (and that improves to a 80-95% on the second 1/3 of 1001). It doesn't take me to long to do (1/2 hr - 1 hr) but I'm wondering if I should even do it. The problems I get wrong seem to be problems that are either WAY calculation heavy with many steps, or problems that aren't very similar to the MCAT. I've been getting
12-14 scaled on the TBR passages and wanted to know if it is even worth doing the 1001 (atleast for physics/chem as I'm pretty good in these subjects. I like doing it for O-chem and Bio since I suck at those 2).

How did you guys feel about the 1001's?

I do them when I can't really concentrate, but I know I need to keep studying. I find them pretty mindless, and typically very simple but occasionally a problem will show me something that I didn't know before. I think it's worth it if you have time.

Yeah I guess, I tend to get their conceptual questions wrong which sucks for me haha. I've always bee better at the mathematical part than the conceptual part of the physical sciences. By the way MedPR if you don't mind me asking, this is a retake for you right? I remember recalling that you do pretty well on TBR Bio (70-85%). Did you score well on the BS part of your mcat?
