I just graduated with a Bio degree, unfortunately I have forgotten a lot of the information from O-chem and Biochemistry. Physics is my weakest area of knowledge. Should I try to learn everything from reading the textbooks or study test preps like Kaplan or Princeton Review. I need a strong MCAT score since my gpa is only 3.1. I plan on taking the MCAT in September.

Textbooks are way too much information. They go farther in-depth and have lots nuances/exceptions that you won't really need to know. Likely you can get away with watching Khan Academy vids but if that's not your style then yeah try out a test prep company's books.

need a study partner?

you want prep books and to cover the content at a good pace. The real goal is to get as much practice testing done as possible so don't fall in to the trap of delaying practice questions bc you don't feel ready with the content. Its hard to feel fully ready with the content and doing questions is how you learn. Practice questions and full-length simulation is the key to doing well on the MCAT. Next step has great online tests, exam crackers has a few. I loved Next step and its prob why i went up by many points on my retake.
