Should I submit all GRE scores to PTCAS?

I took the GRE and got 150/150/3.0. I am retaking it soon, should I include this in my PTCAS application or wait 4 weeks till i get the results of the second attempt?

When you take the gre again you will have the option to send one score or all scores, to 4 institutions for free, additional schools are for a fee. Magoosh helped my math and writing.
