Greetings all
I am looking to get some advice on when to take the DAT
Right now I am in my second year, I am going to finish both semesters of orgo by the end of it, and I would have completed 2 semesters of general bio, plus 1 upper-level bio (I'm not sure which one to take). Should I take the DAT that following summer, while orgo is still fresh in my head? I would have completed all the classes for the dat (gen chem, etc) but the only problem is lack of bio courses.
I've heard some individuals can just read and memorize the bio material in dat prep books w/out having to take the actual class, so is it a good idea to try that? I wont have anything to do that summer so i can spend my time preping
Also, can i get a recommendation for my upper level bio class next semester: either genetics, cell bio, or physiology
Thanks!
