Should i transfer to Syd Uni BOH

I am currently at uni of Newcastle studying BOH and want to transfer to Sydney uni BOH course so i can do the oral health and therapy together as its an extra year at UoN. However,I have heard lots of negatives regarding long hours, lack of study time,difficult exams and high expectations/failure conditions. Can someone advise me from experience.
