Should I update schools after conference?

An abstract of mine was accepted at a national conference, and I included this info in my secondary. Should I update schools saying that I presented at the conference or is that already implied?

Just trying to discern what actually is worth an update.

In the same situation actually. Going to present in a national conference mid-October, and am conflicted about whether to update schools after I present. Mentioned that my abstract got accepted in secondaries, so don't know if it's worth an update.
