Should PhD be listed in experiences?

I am in the MD/PhD program. This seems like a dumb question, but I am not sure whether to list the PhD as a research experience. Obviously, it is listed under 'education' and I talked about it extensively in my personal statement. Help please!

Do you not have any publications or conference presentations from your PhD?

I have a PhD as well and did NOT list it under experiences. I figured the handful of publications and dozen or so posters and orals made statement enough.

I'd simply list it as a graduate degree. No reason to list it again as an experience.

List it under education then list any projects that you worked on under research experiences. You could mention in the detail that they were part of your phd if you really wanted.
