should shadowing hours be documented???

QUESTION: I plan to apply to MCG, BU,NYU, and chapel hill...should I document the hours I have spent shadowing, if so, how did you do so? I don't think any of the scholos above ask for this but I just want to make sure. thanks you guys!

I would say if you didn't already post your observation hours on your AADSAS application send all the schools another letter stating your experience (ie who and how much).....It's a really big deal from what I've been told.....it shows that you have put time in.
