Junction of middle and inferior 1/3 humeral head vs. more cephalad at rotator cuff interval (9oclock or 3 oclock) on humeral head?

What do you prefer and why?

I do interventional pain mgmt, but also some glenohumeral and intra-articular hip injections w/ gad for MR arthrograms.
