SI Joint - a ruler to space out your burn...

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
So you would use the same ruler on Michael Jordan and Mini-Me if they both have sacroiliitis...sounds stupid

Obviously never heard of Simplicity probes.

When I do the prognostic blocks I just use the bony landmarks. It's not rocket science finding the foramina and the sacral ala. Why would I need a plastic block with holes in it?

Look at how many people are in the room. Do y'all wears gowns for this like in the video? I wear gloves but no hat or mask, give a little IV midaz and fentanyl, and do the whole thing with one RN in my office.

This is insane. He's lucky he works under the umbrella of a Famous Name Brand institution.

Paul Dreyfuss designed the Epsilon sacral lateral branch rulers for use with the Baylis SInergy system, which are very useful although I admit hating performing this procedure as it is boring as hell and takes a long time.

do you guys still do S3? I thought he had proposed that you only need to do L5, S1, S2?

Was just informed at a billing conference that bipolar lesioning can only be coded under unlisted

At S2 and S3 i agree with you. Peripheral nerve other vs 64999free.

At S1 it is considered the lateral branch going to the L5-S1 Z-joint. Cooking is cooking. Laser, RF thermal, RF bipolar, open cautery. Chemodenervation has its own code, but heat is heat.
