Hey all,

I wanted to see if I can offer this to patients whose insurance carriers do not allow for SI joint RFAs

Anyone out there doing this? If so, what concentration and technique are you using? Also what is the CPT code you are using? Is it financially feasible?

Phenol is no longer indicated for basically anything.

If insurance doesn't cover SI RFA, you can either offer it for cash or don't do it.
