I just finished the DAT achiever test for the science section. I got a 15 on Bio, 13 on GC and 14 in OC. I plan to give the test by next week. I don't know if i should wait any longer. The semester has started, and i will be definitely busy after the second week. I've been studying my ass off for this ****... I had learned half of the bio when i decided to do the first DAT achiever test to see how i do and got a fifteen. Now i have actually finished studying all of bio from the campbell book and still got a 15!!! Maybe i am studying too much..........Please advise me whether i should wait another week and give it by the first week of feb.....another weekend won't hurt but again there are chances that i may forget some stufff.!!!!

First of all, I'm a biology major. I haven't taken DAT yet but, based on my observation, you have to apply the KISS (Keep It Simple Students)rule for biology. Gen.Biology is just there to get you confused. so Try to focus on General stuff rather than great details. That's what I'm doing right now and it is working. But I heard DAT achiever q's are harder than actual DAT so you might wanna give it a shot if you are in hurry. Good Luck!

i started laughing when i read almost the title as mine...
i havent taken any other achiever test yet, may be tomorrow.
I am also hoping that real bio DAT is easier than achiever DAT.
I hear you with as the semester has started. When r u taking your DAT?

atleast u did better than me....i dont' know what my problem is with GC...DAT achiever seems to involve percentages.......like 65 percent of this acid bla bla blaaaaaaaaaaaaaa........i just blank out when i see that.......i thihnk i am reading campbell book in too much detail.....or maybe i just need to review it, fast forward style.......before the exam on thursday........
