Do schools normally send state residency tuition determination packets like 2 weeks before their acceptance date or could this be viewed as a good sign?

I mean if you have already interviewed and they are not accepting you. Why would they care if you are an in state or out of state applicant???

I say wait till then, and you'll know if the residence status package is a good sign.

We only got 2 weeks, I am excited, how bout you folks.

I didn't think that I would be this nervous, but I am starting to be plagued by waves of self doubt, strange nightmares involvnig post-interview AADSAS screw-ups, and construing my memory of "how the interview went" to the point where I have convinced myself that I slapped the interviewer across the face, threw papers around and ran out of the room screaming. Yes, December 1st for me will be a big release from all of this.

I'm a little nervous but i'm certain I will get in at least 1/5 of the schools I applied to. I honestly would be totally shocked if I didn't. Guess i'll see soon enough 😀.

My nerves are on fire ! 😱 Yea...I've got those moments of self-doubt wondering if my answers offended any of the interviewers...or if I even answered their question ! Guess we'll just have to wait a few more weeks. Let's HOPE we can find out Dec 1st and not weeks after...

I wouldn't say it is a bad sign by any means and I know it is natural to try to read into and analyze everything but be careful. You never know until you get the letter. It could be normal protocol for them to send out that info. Past experience says, anything can happen so the only sure thing is getting a letter after Dec 1st. Good Luck!!

I know it's sooooooooooooooooo hard to wait and time is approaching quite fast. I do want to wish everyone good luck and hopefully we will all get in somewhere. We have worked very hard to get to where we are now, it's just a matter of getting accepted somewhere (preferably your top choice...) but then the real challange will begin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to all of you who have been supportive and helpful throughout this entire nightmare process.

Sure. It means that they want you to be well informed if the time comes for you to make a decision on a school.

It doesn't mean you are accepted.

Well I guess they have to use the money we send them in some way.

True, somehow I doubt that it really cost $75 to process one's already-processed app 😀

If you add the cost for the time that these people spend on answering "harrassing" phone calls from our SDNers, yes, it costs more than $75
