Simple Physics question-velocity

I'm can't for the life of me figure out the total time to find the average velocity. I know I have to used the equation displacement/time. I know I had to changed the displacement from 27km to 27,000m . However I get the total time wrong. According to the solution the total time is 75 minutes. How did they get 75 minutes as the total time? Please help! Pic of question is attached

They tell you to consider the interval from 11:00 to 12:15, which is 1 hour and 15 minutes, which is 75 minutes.
