Situational interview questions

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I already checked the interview feedback page, but the school that I'm going for the interview is not up.

It depends on the institution. Some schools like to probe you about your long-term career goals to see if you're a good candidate for their program. UK is INCREDIBLY clinical/post-grad residency driven so they push that agenda but schools like Georgia and Auburn are looking for candidates who may want to practice in a rural setting since they have a need in their individual states so they may structure their situation-based questions around indigent patient care or problems facing rural communities. Are you comfortable stating which school? We might be able to better answer your question.

Most likely it's not so much what your answer is but how you back it up. For med school they may ask if you would do an abortion or not. It doesn't matter if you say yes or no but rather how you defend your position

Unless they ask you a question that blurs the line of legal/illegal or is procedural then answer on the safe side
