I currently live in IL now i just moved from VA and I would like for suggestions to add SIU into my schools list. My stats are 18 AA, 19 PAT, 20 TS, 2.9 GPAs.

You have to be an in state resident for SIU..

SIU requires at least 6 months of living in IL with gainful income at the moment of application.
If you just moved like in August, it is too late for this cycle, but you can try next year as in state.

I thought of moving to IL beginning of this year to meet the criteria, but it just couldn't happend.

You will be still considered OOS, and SIU almost never admits OOS.
