I was looking through search results for St. John's (NY) and I read several posts saying that they were switching over to 2-4 in 2009? Some have said that 08 was their last year for 0-6 applications. Can anyone confirm this? And if not, will they ever switch to 2-4?

I'm going there for undergrad but didn't realize that they were strictly 0-6 with no room for transfers so I'm beating myself up over it right now as they are my first choice school.

My best suggestion, especially since you are attending undergrad there right now, would be to go to the Pharmacy school office and talk to them directly. When policies change it is hard to get accurate information through third-party sources.

Thanks. I'm still a senior so it won't be until later this year that I go for undergrad. I tried calling and they weren't much help.

SJU will not take transfers into their PharmD program and, according to the email and letter we got, has no plans to become a 2+4 school. If you applied to it this year and were accepted to an alternate program, their acceptance letter should have included that info. You can confirm this by email with admissions.
